Description

Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REUs) allow for first-hand exposure to research, other institutions and the scientists that work in them. For that reason, REUs are considered an integral part of undergraduate STEM education. There will be a discussion of the application process for REUs, how to write personal statements, and the benefits of participation. Hear a first-hand account of REU experience. In addition, there will be a Q&A session to address specific concerns and questions.
